Doris Caroline Duke

Doris Caroline Duke, age 91 of Austell died Tuesday, June 20, 2017 at her residence.She is survived by her daughters, Deborah (Dan) Marzani of Florida, Darlene Duke of Mableton; son, Thomas (Carol) Duke of Jonesboro; brother, Claude Wyatt of Powder Springs; 7 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.She was a homemaker, an avid gardener, she loved sewing and needlework.A longtime volunteer with Sweetwater Mission, she treasured each chance she got to help assist at the Mission.Doris was a member of Connection Point Church of God in Austell where she used her talents to spread the love of Christ. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 5 pm until 8 pm at the funeral home.Funeral service will be held 3:00 pm, Saturday, June 24, 2017 at the Roy Davis Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chris Moore-Keish officiating.
