Donald M. Stem passed away Monday, November 25, 2019 He was born on November 29, 1980 in Monroe, Michigan to Mary Relford. He is survived by his mother; Mary and husband Byron Relford. His three siblings; Ida Faye Elder and her husband Chris, Dwayne Stem, and James Stem. Donald has several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. He loved to ride his bike everywhere and was well loved.
