Diana was preceded in death by her parents Dorothy Fuller and Clifton Currie, daughter Maria Currie, and granddaughter Akiya Egeston.

Diane worked for the United States Postal Service for 15 years. Diane later worked in the medical field where she retired. Diane loved crossword puzzles, watching game shows, and online shopping.

Diane leaves to cherish her memories: One brother, DeAndre Fuller (Joliet, IL); three sons, Vincent Currie (Carbondale, IL), Antione Mitchell (Joliet, IL), and Ankoma Mitchell (Atlanta, GA); two daughters, Lisa Wiley and Carmen Bolton (Atlanta, GA); grandchildren, Oracio Cooper and Erica Cooper (Atlanta, GA), Vinnessa James (Carbondale, IL), Kyle Mitchell, Gentry Currie, Ado Autman IV, Vincent Johnson, and Adia Currie all of (Joliet, IL), and Genykia (Diane) Currie (Texas), Tamia Mitchell, Tristan Mitchell, Trista Mitchell, Amaya Mitchell, and Amari Mitchell (Joliet, IL), 27 great grandchildren, niece, nephew, and cousins.
