Delbert Lee Blair, age 76 of Lithia Springs, died Monday, January 23, 2017 at his residence while under hospice care. He is survived by his loving wife, Janet Blair; sons, Michael Blair of Douglasville, Jason Blair of Temple; daughter, Rebecca Smith of Savannah, Denise Salvatore of PA, Vicki Blair of PA and Lisa Jones also of PA;; 1 sister, 4 brothers, and 9 grandchildren and great granddaughter.
