David Earl Tompkins

David Earl Tompkins, age 57 of Douglasville, died Monday, April 11, 2011 at Wellstar Paulding Hospital.A native of Tennessee, he was born on November 19, 1953 to the late Willam Earl Tompkins and Reba Louise Peterson Tompkins. He is survived by his loving wife, Rosa Fetzer Tompkins; sons, Tim Tompkins and Thomas Tompkins both of Douglasville; brothers, Charles Tompkins of Tennessee, Lee Tompkins of South Carolina, Louis Tompkins of Douglasville; sister, Carolyn Crabtree of Tennessee; four grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held on Thursday 3:00 pm at the funeral home with the family receiving friends from 11 am until time of service on Thursday.
