He is survived by his loving wife, Evelyn; daughters, Wanda Marie Diggs, of Orlando, FL, Carmen Elizabeth Diggs, of Williamstown, NJ; son, Davis Delano Diggs Jr., of Douglasville, 9 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren.Funeral service will be 11:00 am Monday June 23, at Roy Davis Funeral Home Chapel.
