Claude Wheeler, Austell GA, passed away on Friday, January 5, 2024. He was born in Marietta, Ga., on January 19, 1930, to the late Bessie Waters and John Clark Wheeler

Claude Wheeler was retired and self-employed as an automotive mechanic. His family business was named Wheeler’s Auto Service, which he owned, operated, and spent everyday enjoying helping others. Claude was a kindhearted man that had a true compassion for family, friends, and his church. When he was not working on the vehicles of his customers, he spent many days on the lake fishing and in the fairways playing golf. He will be extremely missed by many. Claude Wheeler was the highlight of our lives; he was deeply treasured by all who knew him.

Claude is survived by his loving daughter Kim (Gary) Smith, and loving son Blane Wheeler.

He leaves behind his Grandson Kale (Jessica) Jenkins and great-grands Micah Fletcher and Jacob Fletcher.

Claude was preceded in death by his loving wife Sibyl Wheeler, and 6 brothers and sisters.

Memorial Services will be held January 19, 2024, Visitation starting from10:30am Services12:00 noon at Concord Baptist Church, 4494 Floyd Road SW, Mableton, Ga 30126
