Clara Lee Crowe Freeman Deems, age 86, of Winston died Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at her residence. She is survived by her sons, Bill Freeman of Douglasville, Virgil Freeman of Nelson, Calvin Dean Freeman of Lilburn, Joseph Wayne Freeman of Powder Springs, Earl Freeman of Powder Springs, Daryl Freeman of Temple; daughters, Burndett Coursey of Villa Rica, Nesha White of Conyers, Jenny Hopwood of Powder Springs, Hellan Freeman of Douglasville; sisters, Mary Belcher of Franklin, Laura Sargent of Douglasville, Elwanda Scarborough of Cottonwood, AZ; 44 grandchildren, 89 great grandchildren, and 27 great-great grandchildren. Funeral Service will be held 11:00 am, Saturday, August 31, 2013 at Roy Davis Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Cliff Daniels officiating.Interment, Mt. Harmony Memorial Gardens.The family will receive friends on Friday evening from5 pm until 8 pm at the funeral home.
