Charles "Jacob" Waters

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Charles Jacob Waters, a beloved son, friend, and colleague, who left us far too soon on Friday, January 17th, 2025. Born on Tuesday, November 30th, 1999, in Georgia, Charles was a cherished resident of Mableton, GA, where he spent his life surrounded by family and friends.

Charles was the treasured son of Rebecca and Charles Waters, who survive him. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins, including Laura Beth and Victoria, along with many other family members and friends who will miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harold Correll, and Ernest and Lillie Waters, who undoubtedly welcomed him with open arms.

A proud graduate of South Cobb High School, Charles went on to pursue a career as a Sales Representative for the Atlanta Braves, a role that perfectly suited his passion for baseball and his beloved Braves. His enthusiasm for the sport was infectious, and he was known for his unwavering support of the team.

Charles had a deep admiration for cars, particularly Ford Mustangs and Dodge Chargers, and he enjoyed playing ball in his free time. His love for life and his vibrant spirit were evident in everything he did, and he touched the lives of many with his kindness and generosity.

Arrangements for Charles are being handled by Roy Davis Funeral Home. As we gather to celebrate his life, we remember the joy he brought to those around him and the lasting impact he made on everyone he met.

Charles Jacob Waters will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
