Charles Steed

Mr. Charles Steed was born to the late Watson & Estelle Steed on May 10, 1953 in Manchester, GA and departed this life on May 10, 2016 in Austell, GA.He was preceded in death by his beloved brother, Willie C. Jackson and sister, Betty Steed. Charles was employed with Mead Paper Company for 12+ years before retiring in 2015 with Essendant (Lagasse-Sweet) where he was a Truck Driver for 13+ years.Charles will be remembered as the Noble Entrepreneur he was…I leave you with one of his sayings “Ain’t No Job Done, until the Paperwork is Done” He leaves to cherish his memory to his loving wife of 42 years Addie Hawkins Steed and their children Charles Bernard Steed, Michael Steed (Trista), Tamiko Steed, Likesha R. Steed-McDougald (Robert) and one God-son Jeff Bleus; Six grand-children, Kwantez Steed, Tatianya Steed, Zariah Bleus, Janiyah Hann, RaQuan McDougald and Quantai McDougald; eleven brother and sister in laws as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will dearly miss him. A celebration of life service will be held at Noon, Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Roy Davis Funeral Home.
