Carolyn L. Rogers

Carolyn L. Rogers 79 of Mableton, Georgia passed away Monday, September 11, 2023.

She was born in Cartersville, Ga on July 13, 1944, to the late Jackie and Gene Thomason . Carolyn enjoyed crafting; she made Christmas Angel ornaments out of beads. She loved being with and playing with her grandchildren. She was a social butterfly; she never met a stranger. She was loved by those that knew her and will be greatly missed.

Carolyn is survived by her husband of 49 years, Larry C. Rogers, her daughter Erica Morris and her husband Andy, and her son Mitchell Story. She has 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren; she is also survived by her brother Jimmy Thompson and several other family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, a sister Ima Gene Shaw, a daughter Ronda Parris, and a grandson Clifton Parris.
