Carolyn Marie Newton

Carolyn Marie Newton, 78, of Mableton, died November 13, 2013. She is survived by her son, Jamie Newton, of Mableton; daughter, Laura and Steve Bishop, of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Jake and Matt Bishop, of Fayetteville. Carolyn enjoyed traveling, spending time with her grandchildren, going to the beach, and was aNascar fan. She was preceded in death by her son, Ronnie Newton, and her loving husband, of 37 years, Asa Davner Newton. Family will receive friends Friday 4:30 to 8:00. Funeral service will be Saturday at 2 o'clock at Roy Davis Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Oscar Cope officiating. Burial at Riverview Cemetery. < center >
