Carlos Armando Otero

Mr. Carlos Armando Otero passed away Saturday, January 7, 2023. He was born in Dorado, Puerto Rico on September 1, 1936, to the late Armando and Josefina Otero

Carlos served in the US Army and then worked for the Puerto Rican National Guard. He loved his family and dinners together as well as flying remote control airplanes. As the patriarch of the family, he will be missed beyond measure and was truly loved by all.

He is survived by his dear wife Pilar Otero, his daughters, Annette (Ricky) Hanks, and Nilda (Julio) Flores. Carlos has 6 grandchildren Zailey, Ed, Jonathan, Melissa, Amanda and Jan Carlos and 3 great grandchildren.
