Born in Hawaii to Bernard A. and Elizabeth Silva on December 27, 1955 He is survived by his wife of 46 years Valerie Silva, and his children Eliza (Darrin) Hughes, Phillip (Jackie) Silva, his brother James Silva along with 3 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Several more family and friends. Bernard is preceded in death by his parents and his siblings Mel Silva, and Gary Silva.
