Barbara Sue Turpin

Barbara Sue Turpin passed away Wednesday, November 10, 2021, She was born in Austell, Georgia to the late Joseph and Leila Veitch in March of 1950. She is survived by her children Waylon (Sharon) Turpin, and Dana (William) Johnson, and her siblings, Bobbie Montgomery, Myrtle Long, Cora Taylor, and Shirley Veitch. As well as dear friend Larry Dean, 5 grand dogs (that she treated like babies) and many more family and friends. Barbara is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years Bobby Turpin, a son Andrew Turpin, and her siblings Billy Joe Veitch, Joseph Veitch Jr., and Brenda Brumbalow. Barbara was a member at Fairhaven Church, she watched NASCAR, and enjoyed bowling. She loved to be outdoors at the cabin or on the beach. Her house was always open, and she made sure to keep you fed. She was deeply loved and will be missed even more. Visitation will be Saturday, November 13, 2021 from 12:00pm - 4:00pm at the Roy Davis Funeral Home Funeral Services will be Monday, November 15, 2021 at 10:00am at the Roy Davis Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow at Georgia Memorial Park 2000 Cobb Pkwy, Marietta, Ga.
