Barbara Peavy Dunton

Barbara Ann Dunton 74 of Dallas, Georgia passed away Monday, August 26, 2024. She was born in Atlanta, Ga to the late Virginia Johns and JC Peavy on November 18, 1949.

Granny Bob loved spending time with her family. Her loved ones will always remember playing dice, cards, and board games with her. She was talented in embroidery and crocheting. She found comfort and joy in reading, solving puzzles, and watching TV.

Barbara is survived by her daughter Marie Evans, her 2 granddaughters, Stephanie Ballew and her husband Mason, Julia Gulley and her husband Kurtis. She also has 7 great grandchildren: Kylie, Eli, Colt, Gabby, Jace, Emmie, and Macie, her 3 sisters Lynn & Burl Fuller (Brad, Susan), Becky & Louis Hodnett (Ashley, Stacey), Ginger Peavy-Edwards (Jacob, Danielle) and numerous, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Barbara was deeply loved by many and will be missed.
