Augustino "Tino" Patti

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Augustino Patti Jr., a beloved father, stepfather, and friend, who left us on Tuesday, January 14th, 2025, at the age of 74. Augustino, affectionately known as "Tino" to many, was born on Monday, May 8th, 1950, in St. Louis, Missouri. He spent his final years in Douglasville, Georgia.

Augustino was a talented photographer, a passion he shared with his late wife, Edna Patti. Together, they captured the beauty and joy of countless weddings and church events, leaving behind a legacy of cherished memories for many. Augustino had a particular love for photographing NASCAR events, where he found joy in filming the drivers and the thrill of the race.

He was a man of simple pleasures, with a fondness for Stevie B's Pizza, where he often enjoyed a slice while reminiscing about his adventures behind the camera.

Augustino is survived by his son, Thomas Daoukas, and four stepchildren Wayne Anderson, Charlotte (Ray) West, Donna Trumphour and Arla Akery , along with a host of other family members and friends who will miss him dearly. He was preceded in death by his father, Gus Patti, his mother, Virginia Patti, and his beloved wife of over 25 years, Edna Wilmoth Patti.

Augustino Patti Jr. will be remembered for his artistic eye, his love for family, and his ability to capture the essence of life's most precious moments. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
