Ann Brummitt Averitt

Ann B. Averitt, age 79 of Mableton, died Friday, February 14, 2014 at Vitas Hospice in Austell.She is survived by her companion, Jimmy Morgan, sister, Pat B. Cokewell of North Bend, WA; brother, Dennis Brummitt of Raleigh, N.C., several nieces and nephews. She was born in Granville County, North Carolina on June 25, 1934 to the late Nat Clay Brummitt and Belle Harris Brummitt.She was preceded in death by her husband, R.S. Averitt. Ann was a member of Epsilon Alpha International for 27 years, was owner and operator of Ann's Jewelry and Gifts in Mableton, a member of Mt. Harmony Memorial Baptist Church of 38 years. Funeral Service will be held 11:00 am, Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at Roy Davis Funeral Home Chapel.Visitation will take place one hour prior to the service.
